At Alphemet, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. For customer protection, we offer replacement only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are not provided.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Products must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Replacement Process

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement
  4. A replacement item will be sent based on stock availability

Conditions

  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
  • Replacements may take additional 3–7 business days depending on stock
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
